How it works
Once enrolled in Bootcamp, participants will receive a short homework assignment to complete before Bootcamp starts. This 'pre-work' will help in calculating their Auto production goal for the week of Bootcamp and running some common reports to use during the week.
Each day, Bootcamp participants will receive an email outlining the day's activity and instructing them on next steps. Everyday training tasks include:

Meet the Coaches
Scott is the co-founder of Insurance Agency Optimization and has been recognized as a Top 5% producer nationally in 3 different industries over the past 25+ years.
Scott opened new market on December 1, 2009 in a tiny, rural Central NY town. His agency quickly realized explosive auto and fire growth and has increased auto and fire PIF for over 12 straight years. His agency has traveled every single year, most at level 3, as well as consistently achieving Chairman’s Circle and SVP recognition.
Brent started as a hybrid agent in September of 2014 with a small book of business. He has qualified for Honor Club every year as an agent and made travel every year but 1. Brent opened his MOA in 2022 and has traveled at each level 1, 2 and 3 as well as qualified for SVP Club, Chairman’s Circle and MDRT. Brent is passionate about the phrase “Just Ask.”
Kira Schnell-Harrison is a State Farm Agent in Oak Forest, IL- opening in November 2019. She brings a fresh set of eyes to agency life as she comes from outside the industry and challenges those around her to think “outside the box” on ways to achieve goals and drive results.
James spent 18 years working in education after earning his doctorate in educational leadership. he opened his insurance agency in 2016, and proudly serves the Norman, OK area. He has a passion for lifelong learning and developing those around him.
Starting as a new market agent in 2015, Jennifer has garnered a distinguished list of honors, including Ambassador Club, Chairman's Circle, and President's Club. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond insurance as a devoted community member and a source of support to many that know her.
Corey joined the insurance world with an extensive sales background, primarily in high-end automatives. A true professional, Corey has been trained in high-level processes and philosophies. This sales guru has the ability to take complex situations and simplify them for any Agency.
Nicole Demma has over 20 years of insurance experience. She began her career in a corporate training role before transitioning to the independent broker world and finally joining a captive agency. Nicole’s passion to help others is clear every single day as she works tirelessly to properly protect her customers and earn numerous referrals and has achieved over 1,000 policies personally produced annually along with over 400 referrals to go with that production.

Participants will receive access to the content from their Pro or Elite Memberships during the week the bootcamp is scheduled.
Participants will receive a small packet of work to be completed prior to the start of this bootcamp. The work will help them to determine their goal for the week, share that goal and commitment with the agency owner, and build a list of contacts so they're ready to get started on day one.
Pre-work can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes.
Monday's training will take about 90 minutes, followed by a 30-minute Live Training Session on Zoom and a 'Power Hour' for making calls.
Tuesday - Friday's training material will take between 20 and 30 minutes each day to work through. Participants may change the amount of training done each day to best fit their schedule, provided all content is consumed throughout the week.
Live Training Sessions on Zoom will take place Tuesday thru Thursday, 30 minutes each.
Participants will be encouraged to do a 'Power Hour' of calls each day.
Agencies enrolled as Pro or Elite Masterminds receive this bootcamp at no additional cost.
